Fayetteville
Donovan R. Dell, 63, of Fayetteville died Thursday, July 31, 2008.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Bobbie Dell.
Survivors include two sons, Eric Dell of Fayetteville and Thomas Dell of Independence, Kan.; his parents, Ray and Alta Dell of Sioux Falls, S. D.; two sisters, Diane Ensz of Sioux Falls, S. D., and Laurie Steilow of Avoca; two brothers, John Dell of Grand Rapids, Mich., and David Dell of Climax, Mich.; and two grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at noon Tuesday at the Fayetteville National Cemetery. Arrangements are by Superior Funeral Services in North Little Rock.
Springdale
James Richard Pitts, 62, of Springdale died Thursday, Aug. 28, 2008. Arrangements will be announced by Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home of Springdale.
Cool, Texas
Joel Granville Estes, 86, of Cool, Texas, died Friday, Aug. 29, 2008. He was born Nov. 10, 1921, in Parker County, Texas, to Milo and Sarah E. Grantham Estes. He was a member of Millsap Masonic Lodge 1265 and the Holders Chapel United Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife, Mary Namelle Estes; two daughters, Barbara Rothrock of Cool, Texas, and Shirley Jean Rothrock of Lincoln; a sister, Ruth Lombardi of Panama City, Fla.; four grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Funeral Home in Mineral Wells, Texas.
A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with the Revs. Jim Sanders and Dave Goodrich officiating. Burial will be in the Holders Chapel Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jeff Rothrock, James Bratton, Kyle Bratton, Steve Hardin, Colby Hardin, Chasen Hardin, Jason Kirk and Micah Kirk.
