Melanie Ann Massanelli of Fayetteville and Christopher W. "Kit"Brown of Russellville plan to marry at 7: 30 p.m. Sept. 6, 2008, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Fayetteville.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Linda and Vince Massanelli of Fayetteville. She is the granddaughter of Mary Massanelli of Hope and the late Victor Massanelli and Dorothy Hartsfield of Fayetteville and the late Merl Hartsfield.
She has a bachelor's degree in communications from the University of Arkansas and is a category analyst at Acosta Sales and Marketing in Bentonville.
The prospective groom is the son of Angie and Richard Pierce of Russellville and Connie Brown and the late Dale Brown of Russellville. He is the grandson of Katie and William Murdoch of Russellville and Thelma and Melvin Brown of Russellville.
He has a bachelor's degree in marketing management from University of Arkansas and is a sales analyst for Kellogg's Co. in Rogers.
