Arvest sues Barber
• Arvest Bank filed a lawsuit Thursday in Washington County Circuit Court against Springdale developer Brandon Barber, Keri Barber and SCB Investments. The bank alleges SCB has defaulted on a debt with a principal balance of $29,062. Arvest seeks a judgment for principal, interest and attorneys fees. The Barbers personally guaranteed the debt, according to the complaint.
Dixie Construction judgment
• A consent judgment was entered Sept. 4 against Dixie Construction in favor of Tannehill Masonry for $14,539 plus accrued interest and legal fees.
