Editor,

My name is Kaila Buck, and I am 15 years old. This letter is concerning the bail-out package passed by Congress.

I may not be old enough to vote, and I do not understand the full extent of the bail-out package, but I do know that it is not a good thing. If things progress as they are, this could turn into socialism.

I am incensed by the way the government is treating the people. We have protested numerous times, yet they do not listen. We are the government; they serve us, but yet they ignore us.

As I stated before, I may not be able to vote, but in order to protest against this act, I must speak out and state that I do not agree. The full extent of it may not be clear to me, but I want to live as I always have, caring for myself, and not as someone who needs to be provided for.

Kaila Buck Gentry, Ark.
