Senior Spotlight : Saying congrats to the Wades

Congratulations to our very own Don and Evelyn Wade, who were crowned Mr. and Mrs. Senior Benton County at the recent Benton County Fair.
They are such a lovely couple, and I can’t think of anyone who would have deserved the honor more. Don and Evelyn have been attending the center for years and we love them so much and are so very proud for them.
Our pool players went to Grove, Okla., to participate in a tournament. I haven’t gotten the results yet. I bet none of our folks finished at the top or I would have heard by now. These guys are always winners around here (I’ll bet that makes it better, huh ).
We are gearing up for our rummage sale that will be on Oct. 16-17. You will hear all about it again next week. We are accepting gently used items to be donated for sale, and we are accepting volunteers to help get ready and work the sale, too. Have a blessed week.
