ENGAGEMENTS: Sexton, Lehmann engaged

Whitney Sexton and Daniel Lehmann
Kristy and John Sexton of The Woodlands, Texas, are pleased to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Whitney Shields Sexton of The Woodlands, to Daniel Joseph Lehmann, also of The Woodlands.
The couple plan to marry at 6: 30 p. m. Saturday, Jan. 10, 2009, at The Woodlands United Methodist Church.
Sexton is a 2004 graduate of The Woodlands High School. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in radio, television and film in 2007 from the University of Texas. She is employed as an account executive for Adcetera in Houston, Texas.
Lehmann is the son of Melinda and Will Lehmann of The Woodlands. He is the grandson of BJ and Don Johannsen of Bella Vista. He is a 2004 graduate of The Woodlands High School. He attended Rice University, where he majored in managerial studies and kinesiology while playing baseball for the Owls. In 2007, he was selected in the MLB draft by the Minnesota Twins. He plays for the Twins’ minor league affiliate in Fort Meyers, Fla.
