Cliff Lee will be the agricultural and consumer loan officer for Bank of Eureka Springs’ new bank in Berryville, which will open in September. He handled agriculture and consumer loans for Arvest Bank. Lee received an associate degree in arts and applied science in 1996 from North Arkansas Community College in Harrison, then worked for Tyson Foods Inc. and ConAgra Foods Inc. Raul Ruiz of Springdale has been promoted to assistant vice president at Metropolitan National Bank, where he serves as branch manager of the Pleasant Crossings location in Rogers. He began working as a branch manager and bank officer at Metropolitan in 2007. Ruiz received an associate degree with honors from the American Intercontinental University in Atlanta in 1998. He was the chairman of the Northwest Arkansas Hispanic Council in 2007, and served as diversity chairman of the Northwest Arkansas Human Resources Association. Eddie Felber of Elkins was named the 2008 Young Titleman of the Year by the Arkansas Land Title Association. He has served as senior vice president of Triad Title Co. since July 2007, after joining the firm in January 2005. He is a 2002 graduate of Hendrix College in Conway. Triad Title Co. was founded in 2003 with offices in Springdale, Bentonville and Little Rock, and now operates as a subsidiary of Metropolitan National Bank. Dave Wilgus of Harrison French and Associates Ltd., an architecture, engineering and interiors firm in Bentonville, has passed all architectural exams and become a state-licensed architect. He has 12 years of experience in managing and designing projects for national retail and restaurant clients. He received his bachelor of architecture degree in 1995 from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. The Rogers branch office of Crye-Leike Realtors has added Mary Tompkins of Bella Vista as an executive broker. She was an agent with RE / MAX Real Estate Results in Rogers for the past five years. Tompkins has been a licensed Realtor in Arkansas since 1995. She is an accredited buyer representative, and specializes in residential real estate sales with a focus on resale residential and relocation. Bruce Richart, laboratory director at the Fayetteville office of CH 2 MHill Engineering, recently achieved certification for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design from the U. S. Green Building Council. Richart’s background is in environmental chemistry. He has worked for CH 2 MHill for 18 years. In addition to working for the firm’s Fayetteville office, he has also worked on groundwater reclamation at a U. S. Environmental Protection Agency Superfund site and for the U. S. Department of Energy. He has also done relief work for CH 2 MHill for Hurricane Katrina and project startup of an offshore industrial island complex in Singapore.
